Youth-Led Civic Initiative Builder
How does a good idea become a real community project? How do you go from frustration or inspiration to actual change in your neighborhood, school, or city? We believe that young people are not only future leaders, they are active citizens now. That’s why we’re launching From Idea to Impact, a monthly workshop series designed to help youth take their ideas and turn them into tangible, well-structured civic initiatives.
This program is part of our Civic Lab Series, and it’s aimed at young people who are interested in creating local or regional initiatives that support social inclusion, environmental awareness, youth participation, education, or intercultural dialogue. You don’t need to be part of an organization or have any formal experience, just come with an idea, a question, or even just the desire to create change.
Each session will focus on a different stage of project development. Whether you’re starting from a blank page or already have a half-formed concept, this series will walk you through the process of shaping your vision. Over the months, topics will include:
Workshops are led by experienced trainers and youth workers with practical knowledge of Erasmus+ youth projects, municipal support mechanisms, and grassroots organizing. Sessions will include a mix of short presentations, interactive tools, simulation activities, and open feedback rounds. You’ll work both individually and in teams, depending on your preferred format.
We also offer mentoring support between sessions, and selected projects can be supported further, where we help you connect with funding opportunities, partner organizations, or even international mobility programs.
