Winter Cleanup Initiative

A clean environment is a shared responsibility, and even in the coldest months, our commitment to protecting nature doesn’t stop. That’s why EU Activisten volunteers came together for a Winter Cleanup Initiative, braving the snow to remove litter and restore the beauty of our local surroundings.

Despite the freezing temperatures, participants worked together, collecting plastic, paper waste, and other stuff that had been left behind or buried under the snow. With garbage bags in hand, they covered parks, pathways, and abandoned areas, ensuring that nature remained clean and safe for the community.

This initiative was more than just about picking up trash, it was a statement of responsibility. It reminded us that small actions add up, and by taking care of our local environment, we create a healthier and more sustainable future.
