Experienced supporting incoming international groups; collaboration with social workers, trainers, youth workers, psychologists, entrepreneurs, multimedia specialists, volunteers, and cultural studies graduates. Since 2012 active in Youth in Action/Erasmus+; committed to linking formal and non-formal education to prevent exclusion, racism, discrimination, and school drop-out. Main tasks: implement Youth in Action & Erasmus+ projects; design/coordinate European projects; write EN/IT newsletter articles; disseminate results (email, social, events); organize trainings/meetings/conferences (logistics, travel, accommodation, visas, reporting); collect/analyze/report data.
